In 2012, the Government decided to harmonise the visual identity of the governmental authorities and introduce an identity based on two symbols – the national coat of arms and three lions derived from it.
The aim was to make the Government communication more coherent and to support the principle that governmental authorities are working as a cohesive team at the service of the citizens.
Transition to the new identity has taken place step by step, and included also a standard design of websites facilitating the ease of use and navigation for users.
